How have you "Good Gamed" your SC/BW CDs?

You mean, burn the SC Cd (This basically makes it a Cd loader, and not the actual SC gmae) onto a blank disk and use that? That's what i do with my D2 CD. It's way too scratched so I made a copy to compensate for the scratched original.

I got SC in '99, and haven't had any problems since. It's scratched, but works 100%.
