I prefer exercise early in the morning and it helps me to lose my weight.
I also like to work out early in the morning. Gives a really great start to the day I think and then when you get home and are ready to sleep you fall asleep pretty quickly.
Just do a bunch of blow bro....loose weight and have fun
Or you could do heroin. Many people in AZ smoke heroin and now they're skinny.
It's a ****ing desert. I don't think fat people enjoy that kind of climate
I'm not sure compared to other places.
Edit: It looks llike in 2009 Arizona is the 27th fatest state, so I guess it's so-so here.

Looks a little better in 2010 but I've only lived in MN and AZ which have comparable obesity rates.

Simply do it yourself... i mean daily workout like running, yoga and exercise don't eat healthy and oily food
you'd be surprised how much weight you loose by just drinking straight milk and water. I use this water flavorer called miri. It has 0 carbs and 0 sugars and actually taste pretty good. I drank just that for 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs just working.
Guys if anyone wanna reduce his/her weight so you can run half an hour daily and do 15 minutes yoga or aerobics definitely you should reduce your fat within 30 days.
