Thanks. Man, this sucks, my little brother got mad at me the other day and deleted all my shit off the comp. I lost my lvl 32 Assassin, 23 Nec, 22 Palie, 19 Palie, and shit. Man, it sucks, I have to start all over....

And to answer your question, Open Bnet is when you take characters that are stored on your hardrive and go online with them. Closed Bnet characters are stored on a Blizzard server.
