Gran Torino

I found this movie to be quite good. I'd go as far to say that it was even better than good :O

Good story..and I <3 Clint Eastwood in this film. This movie was very "old school" in a lot of ways...yet at the same time, (in this day and age) it was a breath of fresh air. A break from all of the big-budget, overproduced, mediocre films that plague the movie industry. My only complaint is that the ending was a bit underwhelming, but looking at the movie over-all I was incredibly impressed.

Anyone else see this movie? Thoughts?

My brothers recommended it to me, i'll watch it soon i guess. The Wrestler, Frost/Nixon and W. are all excellent films of '08.

Watched this some time back and REALLY enjoyed it. I thought the ending was very clever and, well, a perfect match for the movie.

The barbershop parts were the best
