Free Diablo III with WoW annual pass, is it worth it?

At roughly $15/ month, down to $12/month with longer subscription lengths, it comes out to around $145 for a year of WoW. This isn't quite a cheap game as many players find out, and that doesn't include any of the expansion packs or the original itself.

However, with an annual commitment to World of Warcraft (12 months), you will get a free digital copy of Diablo III ($59.99 value) plus a few extras.

You have until Monday, April 30 to sign up for the WoW: Annual Pass, which includes a 12 month subscription commitment to World of Warcraft, a free digital version of Diablo III (available when the game launches), the Tyrael’s Charger flying mount for WoW (available immediately), and other epic benefits.

But the question is, is it worth it?

You will be committing $145 for a $60 game that most likely will prevent you from spending much time on WoW, if at all. Unless you are already a WoW player or plan to beat Diablo III within a month or two, this deal doesn't seem as sweet upon deeper analysis.
