He can't use chain lightening when entangled. Entangle disables not only the movement of a unit, but disables it from casting any spells, it's an interrupt now. Which is why a KOTG can cast Entangle on a starfalling POTM and the starfall will end, why would it be different for chain lightening.... a less than level 6 spell.
