Here's a program that helps you figure out the codes to every color in this format:

Colored word is TEXT:

Black is |c00000000TEXTd|r
White is |c00ffffffTEXTd|r
Dark Blue is |c0016214eTEXT|r
Light Blue is |c00a8acdbTEXT|r

-These are a few examples of code I just got from using this program. You can pick from 32,000,000 colors in a menu exactly like the one for Windows when you choose your color scheme.
