Diablo 3: Mission IMPOSSIBLE

well, im not sure how many of you read Game Informer(rights reserved, copyright, etc.) has released information about blizzard...it appears as though the same ones who worked on diablo and diablo 2(lod included) have left blizzard. what does this mean? 99% chance of diablo 3 NOT coming out.
