Could the matrix be real?

The matrix. Could it be real? We don't know. The apple that we eat. Is it real? We don't know. The bullet that flies towards our head. Is it real? We'll find out. What is real? What our mind thinks. Therefore, if we think the bullet is real, it might be. It might not be. Real. What is the definition of real? What we can touch, feel, smell, see and taste. Our fingers, everywhere our nerves register these senses. Electrical impulses are directed to the brain to register these senses. CAn machines replicate this for us? Maybe advanced machines. Anything is possible. MAybe 9/11 is a ploy to deter resistance against the Matrix. Yes, yes, i know, this sounds crazy, but i'll say this.

We like in a comfortable world, where our needs are met. they are met be big corporations. Corporations might be the Matrix's way of controlling us. Im crazy.........yay.

matrix might be something like "heaven or hell" something beyond earth or our comprehension. maybe its like the oh holy quickie mart like the one simpsons episode. matrix was certainly real for the ppl who murdered ppl cuz they were a little slanted in the mind

i think its reffering to a false sense of security that the media and government and stuff puts over us and a lot of people become so dependant on it that they wont listen to reason because it contradicts the things they are told to beleive by the people who make them feel comfortable.

yeqa as for real its like fake breasts if i can squeez them they are real enough for me but as for the matrix like i said its possible but they might not need us for power we could be a tv show like on south park but as i said the movie coming out would be are death cirtificates if they have so much power

humans are both ignorant and arrogant.... we think were the best and we refuse to believe anything can be better than us. if we discovered an alien race wed probably go to war with it... why? to prove superiority if nothing else. we are too used to being the best. maybe AI robots do control us and make us think were the best so we'll be satisfied? i think it could be real, but i wouldnt jump off a building based on that belief....

fthat's not eally true, amrtin. its just how a buch of people find their comfort: in romanticizing their superiority. we would probaly either accept that we arent as advanced as the aliens or go to war because some of us were too insecure to see past their own "happy place" of comfort being threatened.

i dont think our race would stand to be #2. weve always been the best and i think people would be too afraid of the superior race to stay peaceful of them... when huimans feel threatened the natural thing to do is fight.

not all people would be afraid. only some, but im sure enough for us to go to war. one thing our race would not do is split up when facing a common enemy. so even if only a few people resist the superior race, the rest of humanity will follow. its just the way we are. i know if humans were at war with another species id be fighting. i would not want a war to start because theres obviously all kinds of stuff we could learn through peace, but if my country is at war, then so am i. im sure it would be the same feeling cept replace country with species.

crooked, thats not true. if the matrix was real you would never know. most likely, if you did know you wouldnt care. you think your living right? could it be a computer sending messages to your brain? do we really have brains? are we just computer programs? how do you know anything you have seen is real? you would never know! how could you know? and the matrix is a theory and sponge bob is just a stupid yellow thing. that didnt prove anything except they are both media.

i'm telling you the matrix IS real, just not in the sense they portray it in the movie. they have to give visual representation to that which is invisible. how do you represent a family? show a picture? that's not a family...that's a picture. how about two people hugging and kissing? naw, that's two people hugging and kissing. "family" is invisible because it is not material; it is a set of relations. we mistake the pointer for the thing it is pointing at.

the matrix is real. we don't have machines plugged into the back of our heads, we have televisions plugged into the front of our eyes. we don't have agents morphing, we have ideas of domination and division making themselves manifest every time we have an interaction with someone who thinks differently from the status quo. unconsciously, we turn into an "agent" and protect the status quo. the matrix is control, not literally a computer simulation, but a way of organizing people. look at karl marx...the guy's a genius (though notoriously bad at prediction). he saw the matrix of control. so did jesus, ghandi, martin luther king jr., john lennon, mother teresa, buddha, etc. FREE YOUR MIND...from the invisible assumptions we all make every moment of every second of our lives, assumptions that have been programmed into us since we've been born. what if this world was a dream? what if you were unable to wake from this dream, how would you know the dream world from the real world? how do you know your everyday lives of material focus is the real world? ever think of what it would be like if you were able to exist OUTSIDE this system of money, wage-slavery and predestination according to your race/class?

they feed the dead to the living. look...we consume images of the 80's, which are images of the 50's...and we call them new. THEY'RE DEAD IMAGES...empty, devoid of any meaning other than the status quo. casinos are the same thing....old pepole who have nothing else to look forward to spend all their amassed wealth in casinos...where young workers do shitty jobs and big bosses of casinos make TONS AND TONS of money. the system FEEDS off of us. is it that hard to see? that hard to understand?
