I, personally, believe he may well be reelected. The Demecrats are split and weak right now, and Bush has populatrity even with the media's hatred of him. We shall see however. As for further action... What can you do when the company is both bankrupt and employee less? They have no money, and they filed for a type of bankruptcy where...let's just say you don't come back from. The "further action" might be prevention of such things occurring in the first place. In other words, protection for the consumer may well be further enhanced.
