Close the threads

Close the items and character threads up at the top, and unstick them. If you notice, they're pretty much full of nothing but

a) insane ideas that will never happen, and are posted for the pure sake of getting that precious +1
or
b) people saying "OMG THATS SO GAY" or "I AGREE YES THAT WOULD BE COOL"
