Welcome my friend.
first off, Orcs have shamans, and when u upgrade them to master level, they are granted bloodlust, which increases attack rate, and movement speed.
Inner fire comes from a priest which is a human. humans at master level get inner fire. Inner Fire is a very powerful spell since it both increases damage and armor.

Inner Fire = +5 armour , +10% attack damage
Bloodlust = +40% attack rate , +25% move rate
Roar = +25% damage
Bloodlust = +40% attack rate , +25% move rate

each spell is very good but not shamans alone is good if u have either grunts and shaman or tauren and shaman or shaman grunts berskere it is good if u have priests u can get priest spell breaker or priest knights there good especially in tema games
