I'm goint to see what's out there before I go flocking to D3. Guild Wars, Lineage 2, Demon Stone. Dungeon Seige II and WOW all look good, so it's gonna have to compete with those.

We'll see. Personally I think the gameplay of Diablo II is very different from the standard MMORPG's. I'd still like to see a Diablo III.

The gameplay of D2 is very different from MMO's because it's not an MMO...

What are the system requirements for Guild Wars?

The final system requirements have not yet been determined, but currently we have set the following as minimum system specifications for those involved in our Guild Wars Alpha Test:

Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
800 MHz Pentium 3 or equivalent
256 MB RAM
GeForce 2 class video card with 32MB RAM
(Recommended: GeForce 3 class video card with 64MB RAM)
250 MB hard drive space
Internet connection

Of that, I have:

Windows 98
250 MB hard drive space
Internet connection

Sad, eh?

Exactly my point.

That's not to say that Diablo III couldn't be massively multiplayer, just keep the core gameplay the same as it is now. Then take some of the better and more compatible elements of MMORPG's and incorporate them.

Your not serious. 250meg for that game? Thats BS. I'm expecting around 2GB...not a quarter.

You can almost expect there going to seriously raise the game specs.
