Best RPG of all time...

I own the one for PS1 and I didn't like it. The magic system is the whole reason I don't play it. And I can't really remember which ones called what and I've only gotten to the part where you get stuck in the time or something like that because you have too many chars with you.

No FF game for the Playstation has even sparked my interest tremendously, 9 was ALMOST interesting...1/2/3/5 were the best FF's ever...The best rpg to current date is FF3. And I'm currently playing Suikoden III, I suggest to rpgers get it, it's superve in every way, and with the new trinity character system, you play as 3 different people, in the same situation but from different perspectives. One a rich knight, Two a poor barbarian clan kid, and Three a outlaw/pirate character, I've put over 15 hours into it already, and just to give everyone an example, I haven't sat down and played a console game in about 2 years.

Without a doubt it's Morrowind. The game is enormous with hours upon hours of game play. It's open so you can do what ever the hell you want. The perfect RPG there is to date.

i like arcanum, personally. unfortunately, i have yet to play baldur's gate.....i'm sure i would love it. i'm great against bosses, i can fight little groups of powerful things and take merely a scratch, but not against huge groups of medium or weak things....why is that?

its the strategy of the zerg, a bunch of weak (somewhat) shit, in large groups, you fall under the massive numbers, not the strength

Hired Guns was a kick ass game. Didn't get too much
advertisement though, which explains why I'm just about the
only person on earth who has ever heard of it.

Morrowind is an awesome game, I play that. Haven't gotten that
far into it yet though cause when I'm up to 5+ storylines going on
at once my mind starts to wonder off a little lol.

The Krondor series (all 3 of them) were really good also. A little
more reading than I would have asked for though lol.
But nevertheless, entertaining.


And of course, last but not least - D2.
Otherwise I wouldn't be playing it, duh.​
