it is fine for me as long as tourney "BEGINS" between 11:00 ~ 15:00 easter time
if tourney is on weekends, it can begin earlier too

And yes, a tournament WILL be possible and WILL work well. I just need to find the appropriate time to organise it (Still got exams to do...:-/) for ya's.
