We'd be using Blizzard's Lost Temple right? That way it's totally fair for all.

you can set a building in a place on the map that a player could not get to, and make the building an independant starport. They map hack they crash. Simple and most effective anti-hack. Make sure its UMS though.


edit: i'll try my hand next tourney. mind you i havent had internet/sc for maybe a month or so and wont for at least another... week.

I'm not so sure about that anti-maphack, couldn't an air unit see it?

Or are you saying make it so locations & triggers prevent ANY unit from entering a certain spot?

You can also put a building across a body of water, set every person to recieve a siege tank on the opposite side, and if they hit the building at the beginning, they obviously have maphack, then make the building as well as the tanks blow up under a certain amount of time.

renzo's mh solution...

they place iillegal unit at the corner where noone can reach, after that, trigger is set so that your screen quickly goes to that spot so that everyone has to see it and back (its like a blink of an eye)
if someone sees it they get dropped and if noone sees it, match continues.... later they kill the unit
the screen wont move until approximately 2minutes into game...
