I have a butt****ing good CPU, good video card, but my ram is old as hell... (768 o' 266 ) So I can't run windowblinds or it affects photoshop too much.

Either StyleXP or WindowBlinds, generally. Fairly simple process of installing and clicking to activate, although WindowBlinds pops up every few hours, which is annoying if you're in the middle of a game.
