terren: siege or marine
zerg: hydralisks, just so eviiiil!!!

Being partial to fireworks I love a good nuke storm (that's at least 12 nukes goin off and takin out a whole base)

For the 'Coolness' Factor I'd have to go with a DT.
For the 'Evilness' Factor I'd have to go with a Hydralisk or Lurker.
For Splash I'd go with Infested Terrans

Too many damn factors to factor in damnit!

If used right a pair of Ghosts with 20 full Silos can own everyone. I know the ways of the Ghost! I also know the way of Nuclear Warfare!

Terran Ground: Ghost
Terran Air: Battlecruiser (nothing like 24 BCs to take out a base)

Zerg Ground: Hydralisks
Zerg Air: Mutalisks (fear the swarm)

Protoss Ground: Dark Templar or Archons (Archons are the shizznite)
Protoss Air: Carriers (man oh man! 24 Carriers x 8 Interceptors each = 192 tiny deaths)

Hell, I can't choose a favorite! I enjoy using everything!
