Alright well I am stuck with a Dell mobo/case until I have enough cash to upgrade both(and probaly new CPU/Ram too since its becoming well dated) so I just recently bought a Xtasy 9100 PCI 128mb graphics card(the mobo has no agp slot, though it looks as if one could be put on..wish I had a camera). Anyway, it doesn't overclock well at all, the highest stable settings I've got it at was 275/260(Core/Memory, Stock= 250/250) and I wanted to know if anyone could recommend some type of cooling for it.(ramsinks ect..) I've already checked other forums out and I haven't found much on 9100 PCI cooling and I know this isn't the greatest forum to ask tech questions at ,but I thought we needed some "real" threads for people to post on.

System Specs:
P4 2.2ghz 400fsb
768mb PC2100 Ram
Xtasy 9100 128mb PCI
some crapy HD and a DVD+CDR Drives

You can try to post here, http://forums.devhardware.com/index.php? pretty good place for comps.
Water cooling sounds a bit extreme for a PCI video card in a non-standard case.

Edit:
I was also kind of bored today so I made a system(or rather a list of parts..)that I can afford in a few months from now(hopefully if things don't fall to hell like it did last year).

System Newegg:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+, 1MB L2 Cache $282.00
ZALMAN CNPS7000A-Cu Pure Copper CPU Cooler $40.99
Arctic Silver Premium Silver Polysynthetic Silver $7.49
GIGABYTE "GA-K8NS PRO" nForce3 250 Chipset Motherboard $135.00
Kingston Value Series 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 $114.00
ASPIRE X-Alien Black Aluminum Server Case with 420W PS $97.00
SAMSUNG 80GB 7200RPM IDE Hard Drive $67.50
Lite-On 52X32X52X16 Combo Drive $48.99
PHILIPS 107E56 17" CRT Monitor $89.00
Logitech Z-340 2.1 Speakers $42.00
LITE-ON SK-1688A/B Standard Black Keyboard $5.50

Total Price: $892.47
Totale Price without CDR/Monitor/Speakers/Keyboard $639.48

Optional Video Card:

High Tech ATI RADEON 9800PRO Video Card $239.99

What would you change? It must be in the same price range that its already at.

I think mayb another motherboard, not sure if this is good, but i checked some other forums n they say its great. (Asus V8-Deluxe motherboard, its a AMD mobo)

Here spec for it. http://usa.asus.com/prog/spec.asp?m=K8V Deluxe&langs=09

Also u kno there 2 vers. of 9800 PRO, the 128mb one n the 256mb, the 256 is lik 20-40 bucks more then the 128mb one.

Also make sure the ur heatstinker works wit the mobo.

other then that its ok, n the price range is good.

Why would I buy a 256mb version. So far no games use that big of textures to use that much ram, and some cards use slower ram when they add more.

Maybe, but I would think I would move to a X800 or something in about 6 months or so later.
