290 Poison Damage over 10 Seconds I think it was. Unless you can show us proof of such a charm (290/20) then it doesn't exist.

100' PDSC'S are over 5 seconds I think. Not entirely sure. I don't use poison anymore.

its impossible to put 20 life in 290s.... unless the item is on open bnet :\ cuz 290 already has a prefix and suffix.... u cant add another suffix

Toxic Small charm of Vita? Those ar epretty rare and nice. I haven't had the luck of finding one, but I did find a Shimmering Small Charm of Vita this morning. 19/5.

im pretty sure it doesnt exit, cuz its a toxic small charm of anhtrax and there is not vita mod avialable, lets assum its toxic small charm of vita, the most that one psn mod can give is 100 (i think thats the highest on one mod anyway)
