Balance changes
Humans
-Footmen hitpoints increased to 440 from 420.
-Rifleman hitpoints reduced to 500 hitpoints from 520.
-Rifleman cooldown increased to 1.75. from 1.5
-Knights now have 6 armor up from 5.
-Arcane towers damage increased to 9-12 damage up from 8-10 damage.
-Reveal cooldown decreased to 150 seconds from 180.
-Cannon tower build time reduced to 60 seconds from 75 seconds.
-Flamestrike now deals 55/90/120 damage/sec up from 45/85/100
-Banish cost reduced to 50 from 75.
-Banish now lasts 15(5)/19(7)/23(9) but no longer slows friendly units.
-Pheonix hitpoints reduced to 1000 from 1250.
-Pheonix now require 15 seconds to be reborn up from 10.
-Pheonix now has a cooldown of 150 seconds down from 180, but the Bloodmage cannot resummon a pheonix untill it is killed.
-Water Element cooldown increased to 30 from 20.
-Brilliance Aura now grants .6%/1.25%/1.9% down from .75/1.5/2.25.
-Devotion Aura now adds 2/3.5/5 up from 1.5/3/4.5

Undead
-Destroyers hit points reduced to 800 from 900.
-Destroyers mana regeneration increased to -2 up from -3.
-Orb of Annihilation area of affect reduce to 10 from 15.
-Destroyer build time reduced to 45 seconds down from 60 seconds.
-cooldown on absorb mana increased to 10 seconds.
-Absorb mana now only absorbs 200 mana.
-Fiends hit points have been reduced from 550 to 500.
-Fiend AI has been changed so that a fiend will attack a webbed unit rather than less important units and heros.
-Webbed units attack speed is now reduced by 25%.
-Ghoul hitpoint increased to 355 from 340.
-Gargoyle now receives fortified armor in stone form
-Antimagic shield now prevents secondary effects, such as stun, paralysis, or mana drain.
-Antimagic shell now absorbs 250 damage from 300.
-Antimagic shell now deals 2 hp/sec when cast on a summon. spell also factors in armor.
-Spirit towers armor reduced to 4 from 5.
-Nerubian tower frost duration decreased to 2 from 5 on heros.
-Halls of the Dead damage increased to 16-17 and frost duration is reduced on heros to 2 from 5 on heros.
-Black citadel damage increased to 20-22 and frost duration reduced to 3 from 5 on heros.
-Death and Decay cooldown decreased to 125 seconds from 150 seconds.
-Death and Decay mana cost reduced to 175 mana from 250 mana.
-Death and Decay now deals damage of 5% of base HP/sec up from 4% of base HP/sec
-Sleep cooldown increased to 7 seconds at all levels up from 6
-Infernal now costs 250 mana up from 175.
-Deathknight's starting stength is 21

Orc
-Stronghold now costs 210 wood to upgrade down from 190.
-Bat riders now have 450 hp down from 500
-Liquid fire now deals 5 dmg/sec on buildings down from 8 dmg/sec.
-Liquid now reduces repair rates by 50%.
-burrows hp decreased from 600 to 550
-Feral spirit costs 90 mana at all levels up from 75.
-Hex now costs 75 mana at all levels up from 70.
-Mirror image now costs 75/100/125 mana up from 125/125/125.
-Bladestorm mana now reduced to 200 from 250.

Night elf
-Ancient Protector attack cooldown decreased to 1.75 from 2.
-Tree of Life buildtime increased to 150 seconds from 110 seconds.
-Farie Fire now has a duration of 100(50) seconds from 120(60) seconds.
Farie fire now reduces 4 armor down from 5.
-Entangle now lasts 10/20/30 seconds and deals 10/15/20 dmg per second.
-Thorns Aura now returns 15%/25%/35% damage.
-Mana burn now costs 25/50/75.
-Immolation now costs 40/30/20 +8/sec and deals 12/17/22 damage/sec and adds 1/2/3 armor.
-Avatar of Vengence now only summons corpses from NE units units.

neutral
-frost arrow duration changed to 2(.5)/4(1)/6(1.5) from 5(1.5)/5(1.5)/5(1.5)
-Manashield costs 10 mana down from 25 mana.
-mana shield now absorbs 1.5/2/2.5
-Storm Earth and Fire now affects the Panderan Brew masters health. alld damage that the panderin brewmaser received before casting is now equaly spread to all 3 forms. additionaly, all damage take in the three forms will be added to the brewmaster once the spell is finished. if one forms is killed, 1/3 of the brewmasters health will be gone.
-Merchant units now all have an increase in their availability of 30 seconds.
-Doom now slows a unit by 50% until it dies dealing 100 damage per second but can be dispelled.


Items
-clarity potion has been removed from the Ancient of Wonders.
-Anti-magic potion is available with a Tree of Ages.
-Scroll of protection has been added to the Ancient of Wonder and requires a tree of ages.
-Staff of preservation now requires a tree of eternity.
-Scroll of speed now requires a Stonghold.
-Potion of Invisibilty has been added to the Voodoo and is available at start.
-Chargeable items now have a cooldown of 15 seconds per use. This does not include Rod of Necromancy which still has a cooldown of 22 seconds, or dust of appearance which still has a cooldown of 20 seconds.
-Healing salve now has a cooldown of 5 seconds
-Chargeable Items now have a global cooldown on all players heros of 5 seconds. This does not add onto an item that has just been casted.

misc.
solo heros now gain 15% more exp at tier 2 and 25% more exp at tier 3.

Undead changes

Necros max skel's at a time is 5.
nubeain towers have 1 armor like zigs and the name is change to noobian tower
Spirit towers now have no armor

Nightelf changes

Hunts now have a new upgrade at tier 1 that makes them take 75% dmg from seige.

Hypo Air to air damage is now the same as gargs. and same with attack speed except they get more hp because they cost more.

yeah u wish they would do that noobelf. max 5? are u kidding me there would be no use for them. typical NE cant even take a legit strat.

I think the current cooldown of rifles is fine.

-Mirror image now costs 125/100/75 mana up from 125/125/125
You know like Blink, less mana required.

-Pocket Factory lasts 30 seconds from 40.
-Rockets' Damage increased to 45/75/110 from 35/65/100
-Robo-Goblins mana increased to 40 from 25

Items
-Dust of Appearance removed from Undead Tomb of Relics and -Night Elf Ancient of Wonders.
-Boots of Speed now cost 200 from 250.

that is also good ideas. I tried not to touch the neutral heros so much cuase i wasnt sure what to balance. But I think when it comes to the blademaster, making such a low mana cost at level 3 where he becomes 4 versions is a little overpowered. at least with mana low at low level you wouldnt be afriad to invest in it cuase ur mana would just runout. plus more mirror images=more mana.

and personaly, Dust doesnt really need to be in NE shop, but it does to the undeads. orc and NE both ahve early game invisible units, ud and hu dont. dust of appearance is a life saver versus Windwalk and ne with shadow meld.
and personaly, I dont want to see more boots in games, they are powerful

i think ne do need it... wisp are hard to micro to safety from bm or you buil wells right next to them and trap them or a little bit away from them and cant harvest properly.. all this while at tier 2 they are creeping map with other hero since they always tech early

undead have there noobtowers and and harvester that can actually attack

Gargs are nthing more than flying paper. Archers >gargs and hunts Ghouls. you need to balance ur army and micro properly

why dont we make a map in th editor and put in these changes and see how good they are?

AND some new ideas:

-A Goblin Merchant added to (2)Glacial Thaw, to (4)Bridge Too Near

Do you know how much it sucks without a shop? I cant buy dust vs Blade Master or NE attacking me at night on maps without goblin merchant as it isnt sold in the Vault. If i play UD theres no way to buy scrolls of healing, or when an orc plays me mass lusted berserkers how the hell can I unlearn my skills to get blizz as WEs are good in the beginning vs grunts?

We should :) I have a friend in Clan MaP.... but I dont think thats necessary since we only have to edit unit stats.

So whos going for it? And what will be the test map?
