BALANCE CHANGES

Human
- Rifleman hit points reduced to 505 from 520.

Undead
- Destroyer negative mana regeneration increased to -6/sec from -3/sec.
- Mana gain of Devour Magic increased to 150 per dispelled unit from 75 per
dispelled unit.
- Orb of Annihilation mana cost increased to 50 from 25.
- Orb of Annihilation had a splash damage that was dealing full damage to
all targets instead of full damage to the primary target, and reduced
damage to nearby targets. This discrepancy has been fixed and the orb
now deals damage identical to the functionality in patch 1.14.

Orc
- Bladestorm mana cost reduced to 200 from 250.
- Troll Batrider hit points reduced to 400 from 500.
- Demolisher build time increased to 40 seconds from 36 seconds.

Neutral Heroes
- Cluster Rockets cooldown reduced to 6 seconds from 7 seconds.
- Pocket Factory cooldown reduced to 35 seconds from 40 seconds.
- Pit Lord base Strength increased to 26 from 24.
- Dark Minion hit points increased from 200/260/320 to 215/290/405 and armor
reduced to 0/0/0 from 1/2/3.
- Breath of Fire has been damage capped to 8 targets. Note that this does
not affect the amount of damage dealt by burning damage from the Breath
of Fire / Drunken Haze combination.
- Storm, Earth and Fire Pandaren hit points increased by 200, and attack
damage increased by 33%.

Items
- Shared cooldown of 20 seconds added on all summoning items.
- Wand of Lightning Shield given 10-second cooldown.
- Staff of Preservation max stock set to 1, down from 2.
- Sentry Ward item duration reduced to 5 minutes from 10 minutes.

NOTES: Replays are incompatible between major game revisions (1.15 replays
cannot be viewed with the 1.16 version of Warcraft III). Custom save games
will not load from version 1.15.

I don't have that feeling that I used to have when playin tft. Sometimes I just leave games cuz its boring, then I smurf like a horny chicken.

It's good that nothing serius has been made for humans.They arent nerfed.
I already know about the new changes of UD, relatively balanced now.

This patch was focused more for the AMM changes, and the nerfs in this patch were to deal with issues that felt couldn't wait for 1.17

I say 1,17 and I realize how clsoe to 20 patches we are.

I dont mind the reset either because it gives me more chances to bash on newbs = more wins for me.

I dont see any differences about the patch either

There is hardly any differnece in the game. no NE change, hardly the nerf rifleman needs, overnerf the destroyer, and orc chagnes were fine. Only real change is if u lose to mass destroyers, u have to be a noob.

I love destroyers. No not casue they are strong. In fact I don't use them in my army unles my opponent maxxed out their food in casters. Actualy I love destroyers cause they are one of the few air units that because they do magic and have a low attack fiends actualy beat them. Only air taht in mass loses to fiends, while anyother mass air will demolish fiends. And that hasn't been addressed this patch which is unfortunate

Has no one here ever played an undead on bnet at the serious level? ask any orc or human player, Wyverns>fiends, Dhawks>fiends, gryphons>fiends Wyrms>fiends, chim>fiends. Only air that doesn are bats, hippor/riders, and gargs.

Fiends suxxorz. Its the truth....I hate dealing with them. They are like micromanagement hell.

omg my tier 2 AA doenst own tier 2/3 air... I might as well be playing orc lol.

Yout think the combination of both gargs and fiends owns them? I mean web attacked, unwebbed attacked, web attacked,

or the addition of necs with skelly mages? You cant say fiends and necs dont mix.

TFT was at 1.07. but there were patches in ROC remmeebr. and if thsoe patches hadn't come out, TFT would have started different

I think the new patch isn't that great. Has a UD player i"m really sad that the destroyer's where nerfed. However i know that they were just soooooo over power :) !! I think the patch did the most important things.

Once you get three statues as undead you don't need to micro anymore.

aha that is a good one, the 3, 9 food statues and u dont have to micro. if that were so then why isnt the ladder all undead? all you have to do is pick Ne as your race and u dont have to micro. ever.
