| Dire Maul!
Who else has completed this instance so far? Pretty sure our group was the first to clear it Alliance side on our server. I found it lots of fun, was quite refreshing to be in a 5 person instance group for the first time since Mauradon. We found it quite easy, the only wipe we had was at the elementals that die and split into mini versions and arcane explode you like crazy. We figured it out though, get the hell away from them! Heh. The only other really difficult part was the ones that manaburn explode on you, seeing as we had 2 paladins as healers that could have been real rough, but same thing - get away when they hit like 15% or so. The bosses for the most part were pushovers, though, the beast in the forcefield wasn't too tough, he spawns a ton of eyes that have a poison attack that stacks a bunch of times, also they teleport you on top of him. Killed the prince too. No epics but both dropped nice blues, Timeworn mace and some mail boots (already had beaststalker... wahhhhh)
Was a little too long, the north part is just freaking huge. Also was funny listening to all the people from big raiding guilds in general who were having trouble staying alive without 20 people backing them up.
56-60.... laff. You might clear the plant side with a couple 56 in your group but the elementals and ogres... forget it. You wont clear those without at least 3-4 60, and a 60 tank for sure. Also helped a ton having a warlock along, might be almost mandatory unless you can sheep the elementals, and soulstones are really helpful in a huge 5 player instance like that. I hope Blizzard adds a lot more content like this, raids are fun, but IMO dont compare to completing an instance like this with 5 people.
BTW, our group was 2 paladins, warrior, hunter, and warlock. All 60.
