Mage and Warlock aren't really comparable. Walrocks best traits would be their unique pets and great DOTs paired with fear. Mages are move favored for nuking and crap. If a Warlock goes down the nuking path then yes, a Mage will excell a Warlock in that. PvP wise I heard Fel-hunter anally violates Mages.
