Rogue Pick Pocket Skill
Is this meant to work against enemies only? Cause thats stupid if you get it at level 4 and can't use it for awhile.

only works against hmanoids, and as long as you arent super lower than them.

no you cant. only the humanoids like kobolds and defias. any humanoid besides allies and horde.

Its required for the first Rogue Only quest, that gives a very good reward. It took me a while to figure out you had to pickpocket Sethir ><
