Arena/BG Rogue Builds

I'm nearly level 70 and I've been wondering what would be some could builds, I'm not going to raid for my gear, I hate raiding, I cannot stand it, nor do I have huge amounts of time to raid. I came up w/ two builds:

Any help on how to respec after the patch would also be helpful, feel free to criticize, thanks.

1) WoWHead's talent calculater is ten times faster than WoW's.
2) I cant see any problems with those builds.
