Rogues are impossible to build, need help

Have been searching many weeks for a build for a PvE rogue. And now I'm standing here without any build and with lots of talent points.
Seems like all the builds are old and not usefull at all.
Have any ideas how to build a rogue (Undead) PvE?

First of all, that build is a ****ing peice of shit and I pray to god you were kidding. Second, you haven't given us your level or weapon specialiazation. Nor your orientation to PvP or PvE.
