So I got executioner on my Teebu's Blazing Longsword yesterday.

What's the deal with Executioner? Change to ignore 840 of opponents armor... is that even that good compared to Mongoose? **** must proc a lot for every man and his dog to have that enchant.

Now that i think of it, it's definitely a good MH enchant, bigger crits.

Executioner is like 9% worth of damage when it procs. It's *really* good, and procs a lot (it can refresh itself). Armor penetration scales roughly something like 1.1% damage for every 140 armor penetration you have. It's really, really good.

I've been told it is also excellent for tanking warriors to gain much more threat.

But I don't know if it is that better than mongoose for avoidance.

I'd go for avoidance. The extra threat wont really make that much of a difference if you know how to apply 1800+ tps.

I believe you need more than that in BT, if rogues are capable of pulling out 2.5k dps (or so I've heard) on their top gears.

Threat scales terribly with gear for warriors. I'd like to see a warrior pull 2.5k tps for a whole boss fight.

Illidan has to be tanked by a warrior, actually :P

But Illidan is a poor fight for rogues.

In any case, Executionner actually helps warriors threat.

It does, though with all the stuff available for reducing threat, Mongoose beats out Executioner.

For tanking, it's not as good as Mongoose.

Fury nowadays, pretty much everyone has it on their Mainhand and Mongoose on the offhand, the damage increase and proc chance makes it better than Mongoose, however it doesn't stack so haven't it double enchanted is pretty redundant, it would only refresh the effect faster.

For MS, it's killer verse clothies and still a nice increase verse other armor classes as well, it's superior to Savagery.

Actually you need around 400k xp to get from 60 to 61.
