Pay to Transfer characters

I have a 60 epic'd rogue on illidan, i hear rumors about being able to pay to transfer your character to any server in the near future, anyone know if this is true, and if so, when it will happen?

Shadowmoon has a constant 1k-2k ping. It crashes at least twice a night. Its down 2-3 hours more than other servers on Maintenince day, AND. Is now infested with Br's.

WTB new server.

Once again, an exploitation on Blizzard's part. Making people pay to transfer their characters now. WTF is that shit?

Shouldn't they make it completely free of charge to move characters? I mean you are paying them monthly fees.

You are paying them monthly fees . The CM's say it's going to be ~40$ to transfer when they are open.

Fixed it. It's rediculous. $40 to move characters for a game that you paid $65 for in the first place and are paying $15 per month to continue playing.
