ok im a complete noob to this game and i have no idea how to build a human pally. Id like to know the build before i go out leveling so i dont mess up along the way and have to restart. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In WoW you don't ever have to restart your character. You can buyback all the talent points you have spent, at a cost. It starts at 1g and goes all the way up to 50g (But never more). It might be annoying if you stuff up a talent (Like i have cos my mouse sucks!), but you can easily fix it up. So test a few things out and choose what you think is a good build. You will learn as you go and you can always respec if you need to.
