lvl 30 questions (mining-leveling)

hey been a while anyway.

i have 2 questions.

1.ok im at level 175 mining and i can only level off gold and iron where are the best places to find noth of them.

2.ok where is the best place to quest for a lev 30 war.

short and sweet any ehlp would be great.

Go level OUTSIDE SM till 34 then do lib, 36 to arm, 38 cath.

Mining? Bleh..

i find lots of iron out side of the refudge in A.B battle grounds

Were is AB battle grounds i need to return my resource crates.
Iron is also in the hillbrad hils that lead into the snow area ( forgot the name )

As a level 30 Horde is it best to level in Shimmering Flats? Or..?
