Your build is the classic marksmanship build. Marksmanship is probably the stereotypical Hunter build. So it's a pretty standard build which means it's a decent build. You apparently decided to have as much damage as possible in your attacks, which is your decision. Personally I wouldn't get Ranged Weapon Specialisation as it gives so little damage back. At 400 damage each attack, you'd only be getting 20 extra damage to your attacks.
Also, you've gone with a marksmanship build, which means that Improved wingclip shouldn't be in your build. Just use those 5 talent points on some Beast Mastery skills.

Are you planning on going PVP bg's mostly? if so stay with marksmanship..

I still strongly believe that any good build should never have 2/3 or 4/5 in a talent. Fill it up or don't put anything in it at all.

Beast Slaying is unnecessary. And i think you only need 31 in Marksmanship (For Trueshot Aura) and then 20 in Survival. I've never made a Hunter, but i think it'd be better for PvP that way.

I hear that Survival Hunters hardly ever die!
