| Who would you start out with? Alright, I'm probably going to be buying WoW sometime soon, maybe this weekend. I was just wondering which race and class you guys would suggest a newbie start out with? I've been thinking about starting with a holy priest...Just because I've heard they are pretty rare to find and get in your party and I like helping people in battle and keeping them alive. I like to be 'needed' in a party lol...
Anyways, what would you guys suggest to start out with? |

| Good choice, there a lot of option, you should consider trying all the characters and see which you perfer.
Mainly there 4 Classes(DPS, Healing, Hybrid, and Tank).
For beginners, I'll say start as a Hunter/Warlock(has pets) to solo better and get a feel of things.

| Cool, yeah I might try a hunter out first just to get comfortable with the game, then make a priest. |

| When i first started the game, i was a Warrior. They are the easiest class to play if it's your first character. But it took me 14 levels to realise that i hate being a Warrior.
My favourites are the Hybrids (Druids/Shamans/Paladins), and out of the Hybrids, Shamans are the way to go, with healing totems/spells and a ton of instant casts (Along with an abundance of totems) you can't go wrong.
Be a Priest if you want, just do some homework and read up on priests so you won't have to respec three times instead of one. |

| Well I actually started with a Mage and I'm liking it so far. I might not make a priest after all cause I'm loving my mage. |

| I wouldn't suggest becoming a Night Elf, you'll be called a 12 year old left and right(for some reason people think all Night Elves are 12 year olds). If you want an alliance hunter then become a dwarf, if you want a horde hunter then choose whatever .gif) . |

Go with anything that makes you happy, they are all balanced.
I resent that NE remark
