Shows damage stats of people in your group. Good to have if you suspect a DPS class is slacking off in your group. Plus it's cool to know how much damage you did in an instance with your group.
Yea, its pretty handy, but a common misconception is that it catches everything when it really only catches damage within a range of you, so its not always accurate for places where you are spread out like MC.
