| Well, The mods were picked by me, and suggestions from fellow mods. Currently there are 2 mods on each strat section, because i am to lazy to do my job. ;P
to become a mod, you have to post, and you have to post insightful shit, not retarded spam. Also you need to hit the "report this post to moderater" when all u can do is flame a spammer/idiot.

| I feel that the current mods couldn't have their powers extended, and the newer mods shouldn't take on bigger sections, so it was what i believe a good decision. | |
