Hero nukes pertains to mostly just human and Undead. Orc have the best AOE nuke, but this is based on heros, and NE are just gay.

These numbers are the MAX* damage you will ever be able to inflict on a unit.

Human
First
BM + MK
Banish + Stormbolt (in that order)
Banish=66% more damage/50 mana/ 1 sec cooldown/ range 80
stormbolt=350 damage + 5 second stun/ 75 mana/ 9 second/ range 60

350 x .66 = 231
115.5 + 350=581

Total damage: 581
Total Cost: 120 mana
Time to next nuke: 9-12 seconds

Second**
BM + Paladin
banish + holy light (in that order)
Banish=66% more damage/50 mana/ 1 sec cooldown/ range 80
holy light=300 damage/65 mana/ 6 second cooldown/range

300 x .66=198
198 + 300=498

Total damage: 498
Total Cost: 115 mana
Time to next nuke: 6-8 seconds

Third**
BM + MK + Paladin
banish + stormbolt + holy light (in that order)
Banish=66% more damage/50 mana/ 1 sec cooldown/ range 80
holy light=300 damage/65 mana/ 6 second cooldown/range
stormbolt=350 damage + 5 second stun/ 75 mana/ 9 second/ range 60

300 x .66=198
350 x .66 = 231

(300 + 198)+(350 + 231)=1079

Total damage: 1079
Total Cost: 190 mana
Time to next nuke: 10-15 seconds

Coil + nova
Coil:300 damage/75 mana/7 second cooldown/ range 80
Nova 150 damage + 100 aoe + 8 second slow effect/120 mana/8 second cooldown/range 80/aoe 20

300 + 150=450

Total damage: 450
Total Cost: 195 mana
Time to next nuke: 8-12 seconds

CL 180 (153, 130.05, 110.54, 93.96 , 79.87, 67.89, 57.79) damage /120 mana/ 9 second cooldown/range 70/aoe 50

200 + 180=380 (over 8-12 units)

Total damage: 380
Total Cost: 220 mana
Time to next nuke: 10-16 seconds

All time is an estimate, based on how long the highest cooldown is, and how fast each spell is casted after another.

*A non magic immune, resistant skin unit will recieve complete spell damage. Heros reduce all damaging spells by 30%.
**Only available versus Undead heros.
***Only available versus non-undead heros.

What i find to be really fun is Banish+FS+Blizz+Bolt+Clap for the instant kill

Really hard to pull off but works wonders. Preferred in FFA and some huge team games to be able to pull off a safe BM third hero.

oh, I know for a fact there are combos, (including a complete drain BM + DR Banish + Life drain + mana drain)

i kinda got un-bored when i finished typing the above... ill add more to it, it is interesting to compare some of it, like damages
