Main menu screensaver

The main menu screen for ROC which says singleplayer, battlenet, LAN, Otions, ect.

How hard would it be to take away the menu and turn it into a screen saver with all the movement like the waveing flag, the grass swaying, the comets (or whatever they are) crashing and the rest? Or is there already one out?

Pls i would love to hear some feedback on this
