ok i have been playing WC3 since it came out and i guess i missed it but what is a micro? are they the hot keys or what?

Tier 1: Basic units
Tier 2: Second units (priest, etc)
Tier 3: Mega units (knights, abombs)

First of all, Don't double post...(if u dont know what that means...it means not to post 2 times in a row). Secondly, Micro is the process of removing or hiding or running units away if they are talking damage or are really low on HP.

Micro is more than that, micro is the control of your units. better control,and smater playing will win u games. but not always, cause what u do as in strategy plays just as big. u need a balane of both to be successful.

Micro means when you take out of battle your units that are about to die. basically, it's good control of your units. controlling 1 by 1 if they're gonna die, have your same type units on hot keys, etc.

for ex, I have my normal army with the heros and some units as hotkey 1. hotkey 2 is my archers + hunts. hotkey 3 is my dryads. etc

once again, basically, it's good control of your units.

great micro = more chance of winning
