he is right...cold arrows are better against retreating enemies. u can shot at 3 differnt weak units and all 3 be slowed down because the effect last for 5 secs. cold arrow is an exelent hero killer unlike entangle. for entangle to work u need to surround or the hero be around 30-40 HP left.

They are both good heros, but I think the kotg is a superior first hero. Mainly, because his ultimate is ALOT better than the naga's. They both can punish a retreating enemy, I think the main difference is that the kotg has great anti-unit spells, while the naga is more of a hero killer. As second hero either is good, they pop out with a great first skill ready to go, really depends on prefrence there. I go kotg 2nd with warden first, and naga 2nd with dh first. I almost never use either of them first, I prefer agi or strength heros first with the exception of the farseer. Both the naga and kotg are 2 of the most mana-hungry heros around, I always seem to need more mana than I have, even with mana pots/wells

hmmm id have to disaggre that kotg ultimate is better than nagas not only does the tornado kill buildings but throughs units into the air kotg ultimate is just like a healing ward it can easliy be stop by being attcked because of low armour n hp or thunderbolt would put an end to it. however if torando picks up the hero he is usless against it

Yes, but while the naga is channeling, she isnt using her main skills, frost arrows or forked lit. Her ultimate can also be easily stopped, same as kotg's. I agree her ultimate is good, esp if your enemy has alot of melee units. As a kotg he can cast his spells before using tranquility and still have them in effect, a naga needs to actually be using her skills for them to have an effect on battle

Thats why the forked lighting and cold arrows are the best to use with the naga but what do you think of the mana shield?Anybody uses the shield?

Naw, with the new mana cost of cold arrows, she barely has enough mana to use forked lit. I don't think I have ever gotten mana shield, except once I picked mana shield first by accident. It was a good idea in Diablo, but you should always be using your mana for offence in wc3, if you have a choice

Whose ultimate is better isn't a big concern to me, as you don't usually get that far. However, even if you were to get your ultimate, I'd take Tranq over Tornado any day. KoTG > Naga imo, unless you have a lot of melee or the opponent has air.
