| Patch 1.13 - Orcs screwed again Farseer Wolves: Quote: |
level 1 wolves move slower
| there goes scouting with wolves Quote:
Unstable concoction:
The reduction in initial damage is very significant. Splash damage is increased by high percentage of what it is now.
| so what now we hit the one do no damage and even less to the others around it Quote: |
SPIRIT LINKED UNITS CANNOT BE KILLED! ONLY TAKEN DOWN TO 1 HP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then Sprit link dispels itself.
| so we end up with a pile of 1 hp pussies? Quote: |
Shockwave is Capped at 12 targets.
| can they screw orcs any more???
in the end all orcs (including heros) will have peon status
soon after
'Race' status for Orc removed. Now demoted to Creep status. |

| I somewhat agree. However, the spirit link buff is a GOOD thing. This prevents the enemy from hitting a unit in a link and another one dying. Spirit link damage will no longer kill units.
The patch you are referring to, isn't all there. They only mentioned some of the stuff. There could be buffs to the orcs that have not be stated yet. I do believe that blizzard will probably screw the orcs again though... :/
One positive thing is that they didn't change demolishers! |

| It was posted on an unofficial WC3 fansite, warcraftiii.net. Believe it if you want to, I won't though.

| They are definitely gonna change more than the BM. Don't you see all the imbalance in WC3. The game is close to balance, however, it needs a few more patches to fix it up. It is in no way, balanced right now, beastmaster or not. |

| Personally, I think the game is balanced enough that skill is what makes the difference, not race. Did you all happen to read the article about balance on Warcraftreplays.com? Not that I take it as definitive proof, but the author looked at all the solo ladders and found that the top 20 is decently between all races, with a definite bias towards human and elves, except on Kalimdor where UD owns. Orcs are last of course, but I think thats mainly because they are somewhat unpopular in solo right now

| UD owns in the hands of players with insane micro. UD is not for the causal gamer. |

| Then why do you play it?
heh, joking, somewhat. You are partially a casual player from what I've seen, you don't have an AT whore record and aren't ranked top 20 on solo.. but you tend to play alot and for fun. In my mind, people who play the game for fun are casual gamers, while the win-crazy psychos would be the non-casual gamers.

| I usually say that a casual gamer is one who never gets past level 6 in anything. That is usually my definition. I am not hardcore, but I play often and usually only for fun. My FFA record is proof that I play for fun, even when I lose a lot. I keep playing because I know that I can get better. |

| I would rather have a good patch than a bunch of bonus campaigns when I never even finished the first one. |

| The campaigns felt like a bad joke anyways. Like they made a multiplayer game and slapped the single player campaign together at the last minute. Better than the other way around though, i suppose
