My uber-orc anti-UD strat, is 3 taurens, a kodo, 10 or so wind-riders, 4 shamans, 4 docs and 2 walkers. Heros dont matter, whatever heros you want, except defenitly get the TC for endurance aura. Hopefully, walkers dispel will get a range/mana buff in the next patch, as it is you might need a couple more, or curse/skellies/UF might end up owning you. As for upgrades, i tend to focus more on armor than dmg with the orcs vs UD cause the UD can dish out a ton of damage. The only thing i think this is weak against, is a similarly balanced UD force, or LOADS of gargs.
If you want, you can replace the wind-riders with double that number of Zerks, or add in a few batriders, but I almost never make Batriders. I just love all my units too much to suicide them...
