NE vs Orc BM Harass

How, as a NE, can i compete with a NE blade master harasser picking off my wisps? Ik a good way to drain its mana would be with my demon hunter mana dran spell...but what if i'm off creeping or something? Is there any building like the HU arcane tower to drain mana for base defense? Or am I basicly screwed?

Before he can kill the wisps detonate them to sap his mana, then nuke him using a KOTG to hold him still... he wont be coming back for more harassment.

Learn to build proper easy to block wisps where he can't get in.

Like in TR I see elves and I do it - to build 2 moons between the trees and put wisps there:

Put wood wisps behind structures so BM can't move in towards them.

Detonate some of them so BM has no mana to escape, make him blow that TP or kill him if you are lucky.

Move around base in a way that AoW and Tree of Life can attack the BM. These are you biggest damage outputters besides your heroes.

And hide Archers if yuo are making them. Unless they are not getting attacked.

Wells around the wisps and also have your first here either be KOTG or the DH.
KOTG= Entangle
DH= Mana burn.
