Problems with X hero seige~~

when i was enjoying the x hero seige map in the battlenet, once i found that some of our partners can make a

extremely powerful shield (+500000 HP & regeneration bonus)

would anyone help to tell me that how to make this shield?
would there be any special procedures?

(it was know that to make the shield need the ring & the sword that from the 2 special event)

First create a custom item! Call it the Extremly powerful shield!

Next, create two abilities. One that gives HP regeneration as a skill, then one that creates an extra life bonus. Make them both item skills. Next with your item, incorporate the two item skills you just made into the item. Place in on the ground, pick it up and test it.

You just place the item on the map. Use object editor to create your items and skills.
