What makes heros glow???

I have alot of custom heros in my map and some are using unit modles so i can have archer and things for a hero...but is there a way to make the units glow? they appear to loose there glow when they dont have a hero model...

pick a hero.. change model file... it works for me.. i see the glow on the minimap... and for certain units it shows a glow underneathe them..maybe its just my WE


look at Massacre TD, hi spell breakers have a glow, that's what i see

I don't mean glow on minimap i mean underneath them...none of the heros have it if i change there model to a normal units

i think it's just part of the model. they just built the glow into the unit, so anything with the model of a hero will have the glow, and all normal models don't

that sort of sucks...now i have to have half glowing heros and half not...o well

just download the glow models at campaign creations, and attach the model to the base when the unit is created via triggers. Really easy to do.
