Triggers make brain hurt

Im of course a n00b and am not a programmer thats for sure, but i can make fantastic scenery and stuff for maps and i can make new units alright, but i need help with triggers. i am tring to make a group of units (Custom Units) be able to be rescued or w/e (when u send a unit to them they will switch to your team/control)

P.S. : I am new to this forum so plz be nice >.<

I think you can select the units and right-click them, and then there should be some Rescuable team you can set them to - no need for triggers.*

I believe you could add that property to the player, that causes all units owned by that player to be rescued.

It needs to be done via trigger.

there is something like this i think, but you have to double-click a unit while you have the unit pallette open. Then it gives you a dialogue box with different kinds of options in it.
