Creep Respawning Triggers?

Can someone copy and paste triggers for respawning neutral creeps ?

I have about 10 locations and im not really sure how i'd be able to respawn them in their camps.

If you really need help, then make a few more posts as well.

I would learn because i would be editing them and fixing errors that i made.

But it doesnt really matter now, a friend of mine just gave me a sample trigger to muck around with >_>
