Drop corpse event?

What kind of event would I use to reference a body that was just dropped by a meat wagon?

I want to create an item at the corpse location and then remove the corpse after a few seconds.

The event "unit decays" doesn't seem to work. What type of situation does "unit decays" work for anyway?

You could just trigger it so that an item is created after 5 seconds once the Meatwagon uses the ability to drop the corpse. If you need me to, I can write the trigger for you.

That refers to the dead body being removed from the playing field. You could do things like animations or camera angle changes if someone dies.
