Changing a units weapon?

SOmething that used to be very popular on Bnet was this string of maps that played like RPGs- when you enter a game, you load up something, and I think you type in a passcode, and you get a character that resembles any basic unit from Wacraft, but the weapon has been altered, to like a Katana on a Preistess of the Moon, or a mandaloin on a Blood Mage, or the Blood Mage's cape and houlder plates on a Paladin.

How the hell do you do that?

Different clothing attatchments can be found here:

go to Models, then under 'All Categories' change it to 'Attatchments'

And use strings to alter where each of these attachments will appear. Some of them might require a seperate unit and it needs to be replaced on the fly.
