At least the good thing for BFs is that when you need help for this kind of problems you can receive an answer fast enough.

Some of you may have seen the image how my original CD had a line cut by the DVD rom. Btw i used this CD for 3 years in CD rom and only scratches occured (which is normal). For the last 3 months in the DVD rom, not only did it create this line but yesterday did this: I heard 'BANG" I opened the DVD rom, luckily it was ok, but when i opened it the Original Frozen Throne fell into like 30 big pieces and an uncountable number of small pieces. Oh I have an ability to see the future! I dreamed days ago my TFT CD into pieces (very realistic dream ) so i kinda expected it but ta it kinda exploded in the DVD rom, which was very unexpected. The DVD-ROM is CD killer. What a CD thriller.

PLAN A. My question is: Since I have the game installed with my original discs, is there a way to lie to the war.exe (original file but requires CD) by somehow entering the game without CD and without adding a crack. Is there a program or anything that can do this? I dont wanna use my roc CD to enter TFT cuz it is the only survivor. Dont tell me that the only way to do it is to add a crack.. I'll do it only if this is the last thing left.

PLAN B. It's official: NO PROGRAM can make an original working copy of an original CD. But in case you can convince me ( as so far i dont know the original code of the original CD that gives access to the game to be copiable), well this is plan B - to make a copy of the original roc.

Could you make an ISO of a copy of the disk from someone (or you can get it via... Various means), and then use Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% to do it? Seems like the next most obvious thing to me.

Other than that, I don't think so...*

Great offer Chris, even Blizzard offered me smth better: to get a replacement CD for 10$ which is cheaper than another + my currency isnt dollars, in my currency 20$ for original = 50 currency (ah yes we'll have euro after 2 or 3 years, although we're in the EU and still payment will be low enough this to be expensive) so this is still expensive to me - imagine 100$ of yours or like 50$ when you dont get pocket money or you dont work + I have bought originals, with all the respect to Blizzard, once I have bought their product, i have the right to do smth like that - Blizzard may not like such things done, but im doing it for myself.

Nero sux for this, Alcohol 120% didnt do it, but CloneCD made it with 'protected game' option for source and output CD. And btw what? DVD killer would cut every original CD i buy including the RoC if i used it for 3 months. Hah Sure, i'll make a soup of discs. CloneCD is the pwnage! I personally dont mind inserting the CD, as I think using my original or a copy and its files is more secure and better goes with my cd keys instead of adding a crack from god knows where, not even guaranteed that it works and with the possibility of causing crashes as I have never liked war3.exe from Site X. Now i dont care if the DVD cuts CDs after months, the CD-R is 1$. Original RoC saved me.

And from moral point, im not using stolen files or keys like all the trash in many stupid sites, I'm using my own files and keys even if on another cd.

Hello, original CDs here, I dont need cracks or anything, I use my original files, i am not lazy to insert the CD. Someone said 'I bought your product I can break it if I want, it's mine'. I made a successful copy of my original roc and as i said im using my own files. This thread can be closed if you want since my problem is solved.

You need a crack if you do the burning answer.

The crack bypasses the authenticity issue.
