Icon6 Need help with my triggers on world edit

I'm trying to make a custom campaign on Warcraft III World Editor, i made start points and have finished the map I just learned how to make triggers. But when I test the map it automatically says that I won, when I want to Make it so that i have to kill the enemy's base to win. Here are the triggers I have setup: The default Map Initialization and another trigger that im messing with to resolve this problem. The Actions i have put in the second trigger are: (Events: The enemy castle dies, The enemy hero dies) (No conditions, because i didn't really understand that part) and (Actions: Melee game - Enforce Victory/Defeat conditions For all players) does anyone know what i have to do with the triggers to make it so i can set goals to win?

Re: Need help with my triggers on world edit

If you're making a custom map, the very first thing you should do is get rid of all those stupid triggers, all of them. Then create your own.

There are two ways of "winning" a map: Define goals, or use the "Declare victory for Player" Action (or something sounding like that).

Keep looking down the Actions list and there should be a better trigger (something direct). But the Event sounds fine.*

Heh, I don't have the World Editor with me right now, but I believe you can set Victory/Defeat conditions ahead of time. If not, then you can create a trigger which does it (i.e. Paladin dies, therefore defeat Player1), which is the second way. It's been a while since I messed with maps anyway.*

Create a Quest with the triggers and you can put how to win in the Description.
